It counts for Inktober if it’s -mostly- ink, right? 😛  Microns mostly, with the grays added in Photoshop, and the eyes too (because metallic gold ink just doesn’t scan very well.)  I might add the grays later on the actual thing with Prismacolors.

Getting away from Pokemon for a bit, here’s one of my favorite fictional assholes, who is certainly creepy enough for Halloween: Erik, the Phantom of the Opera, as depicted in the original novel by Gaston Leroux (more or less.) Inspired a bit by @lordjazor‘s epic cosplay which you should all go check out.

Always liked Leroux!Erik the best, all the adaptations end up romanticizing him too much.  (ESPECIALLY YOU, SCHUMACHER.)  He is a magnificent, miserable, maniacal mess, but he is not someone you want to date.  And if you ever see this sight coming toward you in the bowels of the Palais Garnier, just bend over and kiss your ass goodbye (and maybe he’ll be so amused by the sight that he won’t garrote you right away. But don’t count on it.)

If I ever draw brocade again, it’ll be too soon. x.x
